Docker run

Change method

Get your server ready.

Check Docker, available ports, and your management address. Then create a directory for your configuration.

What you need

  • Docker Engine, host ports 80 and 443 available, and inbound TCP and UDP traffic allowed on 443; the Compose plugin is not needed to start
  • The management UI is available locally at http://localhost:81
  • A public management origin plus an SMTP host, user, password, and sender address
  • The database and internal supporting services are included in the appliance
  • Data is kept in the persistent Docker volume

Create a working directory for RentnerProxy. Run all following commands from this directory.

mkdir rentnerproxy
cd rentnerproxy
